Making women feel strong and empowered through fitness and lifestyle changes is my passion. After battling obesity and depression, I made the conscious decision to take my life back.

Was it easy? No. Was it worth it? Hell yes.


I’ve lost a total of 60 lbs, regained my confidence, and restored my mental health. Now I am dedicating my life to helping you do the same. If you’re looking for structure, support, and accountability - I want to guide you!
